How the team is built

Webb Law Group names seven attorneys across its two offices. Lenden F. Webb is the Managing Shareholder, and Sole G. Suchomel-Webb holds an Of Counsel role, a title that usually marks a senior lawyer with an ongoing but flexible tie to the firm. Christian B. Clark is a Senior Associate.

The associate attorneys are Raza N. Khan, Chandler R. Gietzen, Stella T. Nguyen, and Benjamin P. DeCarlo. A team with one shareholder, an of-counsel lawyer, a senior associate, and four associates points to a small firm where the named shareholder still steers the work. That size lets a client reach the same handful of lawyers over the life of a matter.

The shareholder-and-associate structure is common in California firms that organize as a professional corporation, where shareholders hold the ownership stake and associates work as salaried lawyers. Of Counsel usually sits outside that ownership line while still taking part in cases. The titles here suggest a clear order of seniority within a compact group.

Offices and client languages

The firm keeps fully staffed offices in Fresno and San Diego, which puts it in both the Central Valley and the southern coast of California. Two staffed locations let the attorneys take matters in courts several hours apart while working under one firm. The reach matches the firm's own statement that it serves clients throughout California.
