Walker J. Smith IV

Smith earned his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. His practice covers employee benefits, workers' compensation, nursing home abuse and neglect, and personal injury matters.

He speaks English and Spanish. In Orange County, where a large share of construction, hospitality and service work is done by Spanish-speaking employees, an attorney who takes the client's account directly in Spanish removes a step from every conversation about how an injury happened.
