Andrew G. Morabito

His client list has included large corporations and individual inventors. Several foreign law firms have retained him as their U.S. counsel, and he has appeared before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He is a grandson of the firm's founder.

David R. Morabito

David R. Morabito has practiced criminal law for more than three decades as a trial attorney in state and federal courts. His work also covers personal injury, civil litigation, family and matrimonial law, and education law. For about 30 years he helped represent a Rochester school district. He is a son of the founder, Nicholas Morabito.

Kevin A. Morabito

Kevin A. Morabito spent 12 years as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. From October 1998 through June 2001 he was a Special Assistant United States Attorney. As a Project Exile litigator he prosecuted firearms possession and narcotics trafficking cases in federal and state courts. His work now covers criminal law, estate law, town and village ordinances, and general matters. He is a son of the founder.

Nicholas Morabito

Nicholas Morabito started his legal practice in 1954 and concentrated on education law, estate planning, real estate, and general business law. He worked as a school board attorney for 56 years. The firm names him as its founder. He is now retired.
