That opening set leans toward regulated work and personal legal matters.
The litigation menu runs just as wide. The firm lists appeals, commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, and white collar defense. It also names civil rights, immigration, labor and employment, land use and zoning, real estate, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, intellectual property and entertainment, and political and election law. As a reviewer, I read a list this long as a firm built to keep many kinds of matters under one roof.
Two threads run through the practice list. Health law is one, and it appears in several forms: regulatory defense, OPMC and OPD defense, and medical malpractice defense. Family and matrimonial law is the other. Both come back when the firm describes its senior partners, which points to where the firm puts its weight.
